FUINN WEEK: DAY ONE
↳ FALLING IN LOVE“He’s kissed her a thousand times before and he’ll kiss a thousand more times before he ever says goodbye. Finn had once heard from some movie that his mom was watching on lifetime that you fall in love because of a kiss. He used to think that was true and was always trying to figure out what kiss it was with Quinn that made him fall in love. And then like it’s the easiest and most simple thing in the world, Finn figures it out. It’s not the kiss that makes him fall in love but the smile. Quinn has a smile that she uses and it’s just for him. It’s like for a moment when she looks at him the earth stops spinning, her reality ceases and he’s the champion of her whole world. That’s when Finn realizes that he’s falling in love with Quinn and he’s falling in love with Quinn over and over, every time she smiles, every time she makes him feel like the center of the universe, he falls in love. And without saying it, without ever talking about, Finn knows it’s the exact same feeling for Quinn when he smiles.”

Fuinn Week Day 1: Falling in Love.
AU: Finn Hudson has been in love with his best friend Quinn for as long as he can remember. However, before he can tell her his feelings, she hooks up with someone else. It quickly becomes clear that she feels more strongly for him than he does for her, but she insists that she’s happy and doesn’t care that he doesn’t love her. Finn can see that it’s really eating her up inside, but she refuses to talk about it, until he corners her in the school auditorium one day and blurts out his true feelings.
